IKS
In keeping with the UGC directives (No. F.14-1/2022[JCRC]) on the importance of understanding and preserving Indian heritage and disseminating Indian Systems of Knowledge in a way that it reaches every level of society and the provisions of the New Education Policy (NEP), the College has taken necessary initiatives to ensure that students get an early and holistic exposure to its rich benefits. The College hopes to encourage students and introduce them to the basics of the IKS by providing two courses on:

(i) Value Education

(ii) Traditional Texts: Shrimadbhagavadgita

While Value Education is compulsory for all students, the course on the Shrimadbhagavadgita is a certificate course available to current under-graduate and post-graduate students of the College.
